Plugged in it delivers 130W RMS; on battery it runs at 90W, which is still far more than a party needs outdoors. The 68Wh battery gives around 24 hours and doubles as a powerbank, and it is user-replaceable, which is unusual and is the difference between a speaker that lasts five years and one that becomes landfill when the cell dies. IP68 means dust-tight and submersible, Auracast links it to other compatible JBL speakers, and Bluetooth 6.0 carries SBC, AAC and LC3.

One woofer and two tweeters
A 3.9 x 5.7 inch racetrack woofer with two separate 0.75 inch tweeters, so the treble is handled by dedicated drivers instead of being asked of the bass driver.

130W on mains, 90W on battery
130W RMS with the speaker plugged in and 90W on battery.
