The SMI2HTB02G features automatic programmes which automatically regulate the water temperature and rinse time during washing to suit the level of soiling and load volume. This means you only use as much water as needed for perfect results. 

The Extra Dry option dries your dishes extra-thoroughly by using higher temperatures during the rinse cycle and a longer drying phase.

The Silence on demand function can be activated via the Home Connect App and silences your dishwasher whenever necessary. It reduces noise to a minimum for up to 30 minutes at any time by an active pause while the dishwasher keeps on running. With the Silence on demand function you can focus on what matters most.

The innovative ActiveWater technology maximises efficiency to produce outstanding results whilst protecting the environment. With carefully targeted water distribution, improved filter technology, faster heating and increased pump output for more water circulation, ActiveWater dishwashers give superb results.

The Aqua Stop system delivers fail-safe leak protection. When the sensor detects a leak, the SMI2HTB02G automatically stops operating and pumps out water through a double-walled hose. With AquaStop you’re protected from water damage, and it's valid for the lifetime of your appliance.

The EcoSilence drive delivers high-performance cleaning with low noise emission. Equipped with a brushless, energy-saving motor that optimally reduces friction noise, the EcoSilence drive ensures a much smoother, quieter operation.

Viruses such as corona and influenza are effectively eliminated in Eco 50°C, tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (Level 1 Hygiene label). Significantly higher levels of hygiene can be reached with higher temperature programmes, as they are effective against more resilient viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This was confirmed for Intensive 70°C and Machine Care maintenance cycle (Level 3 Hygiene label).
