Delivery Information
At Irwin's Megastore, we deliver nationwide using national couriers and transport companies, plus our own fleet of delivery vans. Please note deliveries on larger appliance can vary from 4-12 days depending on courier availability.
Delivery OUTSIDE the Republic of Ireland may incur additional delivery charges after the purchase has been made.
Where product(s) are to be delivered upstairs the customer must inform the store at the time of purchase as this may require a 2 man lift and an extra cost may be incurred. Otherwise curbside delivery will only be available.
Any issues regarding your delivery should be reported within 24 hours after the delivery via email to support@irwinsmegastore.ie .
Damaged in Transit
If you receive a product damaged in transit contact support@irwinsmegastore.ie within 24hrs. If products are visibly damaged on receipt, sign accordingly on delivery note.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Weee Recycling
You can return all kitchen appliances including fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, cookers etc as well as smaller items like kettles, toasters, blenders, remote controls, batteries or electric toothbrushes. Even your old bicycle lamps can be recycled!.
If you are looking to have a WEEE appliance collected please check the box on the product page. Ensure your appliance is clean, disconnected and located outside the building. If the appliance is located inside the building we are not liable for any damage caused during removal.

- Assess Access Routes: Check all access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and corners, to confirm the appliance can be safely delivered to its final location.
- Notify Us of Challenges: Inform us in advance of any potential delivery obstacles, such as narrow corridors, tight turns, or steps, that may affect access.
- Clear the Path: Please remove any furniture or obstructions (e.g., desks, tables) along the delivery route to allow for safe and efficient delivery.
- Safety First: Our delivery team reserves the right to cancel or reschedule delivery if access conditions pose a risk to health and safety.
