PowerPoint 23L 800W Freestanding Microwave Oven with 1000W Grill and Combination Cooking - Black | P22823DGBL

Product Description

800W of microwave, 1000W of grill, and a dial you just turn

A microwave with a grill does the thing a plain microwave cannot: it browns. Reheated food comes out looking cooked rather than steamed, cheese melts and colours, and combination mode runs microwave and grill together so a jacket potato cooks through in minutes and still gets a skin. This one gives 800W of microwave output across five power levels and a 1000W grill, with four combination settings mixing the two. The controls are manual dials - set the power, set the time, done - which means nothing to learn and nothing to go wrong. A glass turntable and a grill rack are both included.

800W microwave, five power levels
Five settings from 17% to full power, covering softening butter and ice cream at the bottom end through to boiling water and reheating at the top.

1000W grill
A proper grill element for browning and crisping - sausages, chops, chicken pieces and toasted toppings.

Four combination settings
Microwave and grill together in four ratios - 80/20 and 70/30 grill-heavy for sausages and kebabs, 60/40 for chicken pieces and chops, and full grill for baked bread and sliced food.

Manual dial controls
Two dials, no menu. For a lot of households this is the right answer - there is nothing to set up and nothing to forget.

23 litre capacity
Room for a dinner plate with space around it, so food heats evenly rather than catching the walls.

Glass turntable and grill rack included
Both accessories in the box - the rack lifts food closer to the element for grilling.

Low standby draw
0.3W in off mode, so it is not quietly costing you money between meals.
