A bladeless tower that earns its storage space all year: a 2000W PTC heater for the cold months and a three-speed fan for the warm ones. The bladeless aperture means there are no exposed blades collecting dust or catching small fingers, and it makes the unit far easier to wipe clean than a conventional fan. A digital readout and remote control handle the temperature, speed and the 12-hour timer from across the room, 70 degree oscillation spreads the air rather than aiming it at one chair, and a white decoration light gives it a bit of presence in the evening. 2000W PTC heating
A PTC element rather than a bare coil. PTC ceramic self-regulates - its resistance rises as it heats, so it cannot run away with itself - which makes it both safer and more efficient to leave running than a traditional bar or coil heater.
