The Intenso EOD 400D Slim is a pocketable external writer that reads and burns the lot - DVDs, CDs, dual-layer and M-Disc - over a single USB connection. The supplied Y-cable covers both USB-C and USB-A, so it works with a new MacBook just as happily as an older desktop, and Ashampoo Burning Studio is included in full.

USB 3.2 Gen 1 speed
A SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 (5 Gbit/s) interface means ripping and burning is limited by the disc, not by the connection.

Works with USB-C and USB-A
The bundled Y-cable terminates in both USB-C and USB-A, so it plugs into current laptops and older machines without an adapter.

Bus-powered and genuinely portable
No mains adapter to carry - the drive draws power from the USB port and weighs just 250 g in a 16 mm-thin housing.

Burns almost anything
DVD+/-R, dual-layer, DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, CD-R/RW and M-Disc archival media are all supported, in both 120 mm and 80 mm sizes.
