Hotpoint 187cm Tall Frost Free Freezer 286L with FreezerProtect and Inverter Motor - Dark Inox | HPMFF6312XBR4UK

Product Description

286 litres, frost free, and rated to keep running in a freezing garage

This is the freezer for the household that has run out of room in the kitchen. At 187cm tall it holds 286 litres, it is Frost Free so it never needs defrosting, and FreezerProtect means it keeps working properly in ambient temperatures down to -15C - so an unheated garage or outbuilding through an Irish winter is well within scope. A standard freezer in that situation will stop cycling correctly and let the contents soften. An inverter compressor runs it at 34dB and adjusts its speed to the load rather than switching hard on and off, which is both quieter and easier on the running cost. Fast Freeze handles a bulk shop, and a door alarm stops the expensive mistake.

FreezerProtect to -15C
Rated to operate in ambient temperatures as low as -15C, so it works in a garage, shed or outbuilding. Most freezers are not, and will let the contents thaw in a cold snap.

Frost Free
Circulated dry air stops ice forming, so you never defrost it and you keep the full 286 litres instead of losing space to ice.

Inverter compressor
Varies its speed to match demand rather than running flat out and shutting off. That means a steadier temperature, less noise at 34dB and lower running cost.

286 litres over four drawers
Enough for a serious bulk shop or a batch-cooking habit, organised across drawers so things are findable.

Fast Freeze
Drops the cabinet temperature hard so a fresh load freezes quickly, protecting texture and quality.

Door open alarm
Sounds if the door is left ajar - the single most common cause of a freezer full of ruined food.

4-star freezer rating
Rated to freeze fresh food as well as store what is already frozen.

Dark Inox finish
A darker stainless-look finish that sits well alongside modern appliances without showing marks the way bright steel does.
