A convector heater earns its keep by being easy to move and quick to take the chill off a room. The De'Longhi HSX2320 is only 9cm deep with two integrated carry handles, so it slides in beside a sofa or under a window and moves between rooms in one hand. Three heat settings - 800W, 1200W and the full 2000W - let you match the output to the room instead of running flat out, and the thermostat dial holds the temperature once it gets there. An anti-frost function switches the heater on by itself if the room drops below 5°C, which is what you want in a spare room, a utility or a holiday home.
Super-slim 9cm depth
At only 9cm deep it fits where a conventional heater will not - against a wall, beside furniture or under a window - without becoming an obstacle.
Three heat settings
800W, 1200W and 2000W. A lower setting running steadily is cheaper and more comfortable than a 2000W heater cycling on and off.
Thermostat dial
Set the dial and the heater maintains that room temperature rather than simply running until you switch it off.
Anti-frost function
Automatically switches the heater on if the room temperature falls below 5°C - useful in a garage, utility room or a house left empty over winter.
