Xiaomi TV Stick HD (2nd Gen) 2K Google TV Streaming Media Player with 1080p Output and Bluetooth Voice Remote | PFJ4211GL

Product Description

Turns any TV with an HDMI port into a Google TV - including the one in the spare room

An older TV with a dead or sluggish smart platform does not need replacing; it needs a stick. This one plugs into any HDMI port and puts Google TV on the screen - Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and the Irish catch-up apps, all with Google's recommendation layer pulling them into one place rather than making you open each app in turn. It outputs 1080p at 60Hz, runs on a quad-core Cortex-A55 with 1GB of memory and 8GB of storage, and connects over dual-band Wi-Fi. The remote talks to the stick over Bluetooth rather than infrared, so you do not have to point it, and it has a microphone for voice search.

Google TV
Google's current TV platform, which pulls recommendations from across your apps into one home screen instead of making you open each one separately.

1080p at 60Hz output
Full HD output at 60 frames a second.

Bluetooth voice remote
The remote connects over Bluetooth, so it works without line of sight - through a cabinet door or from the side of the room. It has a mic for voice search.

Quad-core Cortex-A55
A quad-core processor with Mali-G31 MP2 graphics, 1GB of memory and 8GB of storage - enough to keep the interface responsive.

Dual-band Wi-Fi
Connects on 2.4GHz or 5GHz, so it can use the less congested band for smoother streaming.

Plugs into any HDMI TV
No setup beyond HDMI and power. It is the cheapest way to modernise a TV that still has a perfectly good panel.

Chromecast built in
Cast from a phone or laptop straight to the TV.
