The Tapo TD20 is the small, tidy way into video doorbells. A 160-degree ultra-wide lens shows a caller head to toe - including the parcel they have just left on the step - in 2K 3MP detail, and the 5,200 mAh battery runs for up to 180 days before it needs a charge. It is IP54 rated for Irish weather and fits without any wiring at all.
2K 3MP resolution
2304 x 1296 gives you enough detail to recognise a face or read a delivery label, rather than the smeared 720p older doorbells produce.
160-degree head-to-toe view
The ultra-wide diagonal field of view captures a caller from head to feet and takes in the doorstep, so you can see parcels left on the ground.
Up to 180 days per charge
A 5,200 mAh battery means charging roughly twice a year. A Tapo solar panel (sold separately) can extend that further still.
No wiring required
Entirely battery powered, so there is no transformer to find and no electrician needed - it mounts and pairs in minutes.
IP54 weatherproof
Rated IP54 against rain and dust, so it copes with an exposed porch through an Irish winter.
